Inquiry: Selfie Screens

Bulk selfie screen inquiry

This page lists what to confirm when ordering phone vlog selfie screens in quantity. It is a checklist for an inquiry, so the reply you receive can be specific. No quantity figures, lead times or prices are stated here, because none are evidenced; all of them are confirmed in the inquiry, in writing, before payment.

What to name in your inquiry

Name the shoot and the light it happens in: indoor or outdoor, still or moving, alone or with help. Name the screen type within the line — selfie screen, selfie monitor, vlog screen, or flip screen — and the phone setup and mounting it must fit. A screen that cannot mount securely, or cannot be read in the shoot's light, is not a screen that serves the shoot.

Name the quantity you have in mind, and the market you sell into. The vlog screen selection guide explains the types and the light question. An inquiry that names the shoot, the light, and the mounting will receive a specific answer.

Four confirmations, before payment

First, the minimum order quantity for your order, and whether it differs by screen type. Second, the lead time, with its meaning. Third, the specification for the exact type, so the goods can be checked against it on arrival. Fourth, the certificates that apply to your market, by name, with documents attached.

Certificates are available upon request; the inquiry is where you name your market and ask for the documents that apply to it. A supplier who answers all four in writing, with documents, is a supplier whose order can proceed.

Before payment, confirm the minimum order quantity and lead time for your order. Certificates are available upon request.

What not to assume

Do not assume that a screen readable indoors is readable outdoors, that a screen that fits one phone setup fits another, or that a screen's size alone describes its readability. Each assumption is a common cause of a wrong order, and each is avoided by naming the shoot, the light, and the mounting in the inquiry.
