What to name in your inquiry
Name the scene and the space the light must serve: an interview, a product shot, a stage, a conference room, or another scene, and the size of the space. Name the light type within the line — camera light, kit, panel, portable light, or studio light — and whether you also need portable LED screens for events, as a separate line, not as the same product.
Name the quantity you have in mind, and the market you sell into. The video light selection guide explains the types, the applications guide explains the scenes, and the lights-versus-screens guide explains the distinction. An inquiry that names the scene and the space will receive a specific answer.
Four confirmations, before payment
First, the minimum order quantity for your order, and whether it differs by light type. Second, the lead time, with its meaning. Third, the specification for the exact type, so the goods can be checked against it on arrival. Fourth, the certificates that apply to your market, by name, with documents attached.
Certificates are available upon request; the inquiry is where you name your market and ask for the documents that apply to it. A supplier who answers all four in writing, with documents, is a supplier whose order can proceed.
Before payment, confirm the minimum order quantity and lead time for your order. Certificates are available upon request.
What not to assume
Do not assume that a light for one scene serves another, that a brightness figure describes a light fully, or that a video light and an LED screen are interchangeable because both appear at events. Each assumption is a common cause of a wrong order, and each is avoided by naming the scene, the space, and the product line in the inquiry.
